Our Process
1. Submit — Send us your design, logo, or brand assets.
2. Digital Proof — We send a digital proof showing your design on the mat template for approval.
3. Physical Sample — For orders of 50+ mats, we also produce a physical sample before full production begins.
4. Produce — Printed via dye-sublimation and finished with a non-slip neoprene base.
5. Ship — Orders ship domestically, with tracking provided.

Standard size: 33.5" x 33.5" (custom sizes available on request — may require additional lead time)
File formats: PDF (preferred), EPS, TIFF, JPEG, or high-resolution PNG
Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
Design area: Full-bleed, single-sided
Turnaround Times
Sample mats: 2–3 business days
50-300 mats: 1 week
301–500 mats: 1–2 weeks
500+ mats: 2-3 weeks
