Built for Speed, Backed by Craft
Five & Suited started with a simple frustration: great mahjong mat designs shouldn't take months to reach the table. Most custom mats are produced overseas, which means long freight timelines, high minimum order quantities, and little room for a shop or teacher to test a new design without a major commitment. We built Five & Suited to fix that - a domestic production studio built specifically for custom mahjong mats, with flexible order quantities and fast turnaround times.
Every mat we produce is proofed digitally before it ever hits the press, then printed and finished in-house using dye-sublimation on polyester fabric with a non-slip neoprene base. Whether you're a retailer building out a new collection, a mahjong teacher outfitting your students, or a brand looking for private-label production, we treat every order — one mat or a thousand — with the same attention to color, finish, and turnaround.
Who We Are
Five & Suited is a small, female-founded printing studio born out of a love for beautiful design, gathering around the table, and a frustration with how long custom mahjong mats take to reach players.
I’m Megan, founder and creator behind Five & Suited, which I run alongside my husband and our three kids. While my background is in healthcare operations—where I learned the art of taking care of people and building processes that deliver—printing is in our DNA, with 50 years of print craftsmanship in our family. Bringing that rich, half-century legacy of print expertise into a fresh, modern space allows us to merge traditional quality with trend-forward design and fast, reliable domestic production.
Because we are a small family business, every single order truly matters to us. Whether you're a boutique brand launching a new collection, an instructor outfitting your students, or a retailer testing a limited-run design, we treat every mat—one or one thousand—with the exact same level of personal care, craftsmanship, and responsiveness.
At its heart, Five & Suited exists to help you bring your creative vision to life and make every game feel just a little more special. We’re so honored to be part of your table.
