Is there a minimum order quantity?
A minimum of 50 mats per design is preferred for wholesale orders, but we work to accommodate smaller runs whenever possible.
What's your turnaround time?
On average:
- 2-3 business days for samples
- 1 week for 50-300 mats
- 1-2 weeks for 301-500 mats
- 2-3 weeks for 500+ mats
- These are estimates and may fluctuate based on current order volume — exact timeline confirmed with your quote. We strive to beat all posted times!
Do I receive a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. All orders start with a digital proof and a physical sample may be purchased before full production begins.
What file formats do you accept for custom design?
We accept PDF (preferred), EPS, TIFF, JPEG, or high-resolution PNG. 300 DPI minimum. Full-bleed, single-sided designs work best since mats print edge-to-edge.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes — our standard size is 33.5"×33.5", but custom dimensions are available on request. Custom sizes may require additional lead time beyond our standard turnaround.
Do you offer fulfillment, or bulk shipping only?
By default, your order ships in bulk to your business address. If you'd rather we fulfill and ship individual orders directly to your customers, we offer that as an optional add-on — just let us know when you request your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship domestically within the U.S. only.
What are your payment terms for wholesale orders?
Orders are paid 100% upfront, once your digital or physical sample has been approved.
